The LIBS2500plus laser breakdown spectroscopic analysis device manufactured by Ocean Optics uses general laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy to enable real-time measurement of trace elements. Despite its low price, it allows for spectral analysis and evaluation with a wide bandwidth (measurement band width: 200-980nm) and high wavelength resolution (approximately 0.1nm FWHM).
